Our 45-minute high-intensity classes will challenge every muscle group you have. We use a variety of innovative equipment to accommodate for all types of resistance training, functional strength and cardio workouts.  Each class is carefully designed by our fitness instructors with your safety in mind and no workout is ever be repeated.
