  • It starts with an initial consultation. 

  • The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. We will discuss everything from your current lifestyle, nutrition and eating habits, training history, fitness goals and obstacles to our personal training philosophy and programs. 

  • Based on what we learn about you we will pair you up with one of our experienced personal trainers who will create a plan that is tailored specifically to you and your goals. Your trainer will teach you everything that you need to know about how to effectively use your body in order to attain the sustainable changes you are looking for.

  • We offer flexible hours to accommodate your lifestyle and our training sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Sessions can take place in our own private training studio in Calgary or virtually via video conferencing through our MINDBODY software program.

  • Please note that we are not an open gym. Only personal training clients and scheduled group class participants can use our facility, which ensures a safe and sanitary experience.
